Terms of Use

Last updated: October 22, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of the all in tool website and its tools. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. The service

all in tool provides free online tools for working with PDF, image, audio and archive files. The tools run in your web browser on your own device. We do not receive, store or have access to the files you process. You may use the tools for personal and commercial purposes without an account.

2. Your content and responsibilities

  • You keep all rights to the files you process. We claim no ownership of your content.
  • You must have the legal right to use, edit and convert any file you open with our tools.
  • You are responsible for checking that results meet your needs before relying on them, for example that a compressed photo meets an application's rules or that a merged PDF contains every page.
  • Always keep a copy of your original files.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the tools to process content that is illegal or that infringes someone else's copyright, privacy or other rights;
  • use the tools to forge documents, signatures or identity photos, or to commit fraud;
  • remove passwords or protections from files you are not authorised to access;
  • attack, overload, scrape at scale, or interfere with the website or its advertising;
  • copy, resell or redistribute the website, its code or its written guides without permission.

4. Signatures, passport photos and legal documents

The Sign PDF tool adds a visual signature image to a document. It is not a certified or qualified digital signature, and whether it is legally valid depends on your jurisdiction and the document. The Passport Photo Maker resizes photos to common official sizes, but each authority sets its own rules and decides whether to accept a photo. Nothing on this site is legal advice. If in doubt, check with the relevant authority or a qualified professional.

5. No warranty

The tools and content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. Results can vary depending on your file, browser and device.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all in tool and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its tools. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Advertising and third-party links

The site is funded by advertising provided by third parties such as Google. We don't endorse advertised products and are not responsible for external websites linked from our pages. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising uses cookies.

8. Intellectual property

The all in tool name, logo, website design and written guides belong to us. Open-source libraries used by the tools remain subject to their own licences.

9. Changes and availability

We may add, change or remove tools, or update these Terms, at any time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after changes, you accept the updated Terms.
