What organizing a PDF is for
Scanned documents rarely come out in the right order. A double-sided contract fed through a sheet scanner, a stack of receipts photographed one by one, or a report assembled from several sources often needs a few pages moved, a blank page removed and a sideways page turned upright before it is ready to send. Organize PDF Pages lets you do all of that in one place, while seeing every page as a thumbnail.
Typical tasks include deleting a blank or duplicate page, removing a page that contains information you don't want to share, putting an appendix at the end, moving a signed signature page back into position, and rotating a landscape table so it reads correctly.
How to reorder, rotate and delete pages
After you choose a file, every page appears as a numbered card. The left and right arrows move a page one position earlier or later. The rotate button turns only that page by 90° clockwise each time you press it — press it twice for upside-down scans. The bin removes the page from the new document. The label under each card shows the page's new position and its original page number, so you always know which page is which.
Nothing is changed until you click Save organized PDF. Your original file stays exactly as it was, so you can experiment freely. If you make a mistake, remove the file and load it again to start over.
Quality and what is preserved
Pages are copied rather than re-rendered, so there is no loss of quality: text stays crisp and searchable, vector drawings stay sharp, and photos keep their original resolution. File size usually stays the same or drops slightly when you delete pages. Fillable form fields on kept pages generally continue to work.
Some document-level features are not carried over: bookmarks (the outline in the sidebar), internal links pointing to deleted pages, and digital signatures, which are tied to the exact bytes of the original file. If you need to compress the result for email, run it through Compress PDF afterwards; if you only need a range of pages, Split PDF can be quicker.
Tips for long documents
Thumbnails are generated on your device, so a 300-page document takes noticeably longer on a phone than on a laptop. For very large files, split the document into chunks with Split PDF, organize each chunk, then join them back together with Merge PDF. Closing other browser tabs frees memory and speeds things up.
How your files stay private
Most online converters upload your file to a server, process it there and send it back. all in tool works differently: the processing code is downloaded to your browser and runs on your own device. Your file is read from your disk into memory, transformed, and handed back to you as a download. It is never sent over the network, so there is nothing for us — or anyone else — to store, read or leak.
You can confirm this yourself: once the page has loaded, you can disconnect from the internet and the tool keeps working. This also means speed depends on your device rather than your connection, which is usually much faster for large files.
