Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information all in tool ("we", "us") handles when you use this website, and the choices you have. Put simply, your files never leave your device. The only data involved is the standard information that websites and advertising use.
1. Your files
All tools on all in tool process files locally in your web browser, using your device's own processor and memory. When you select a PDF, image, audio file or other document:
- The file is read by your browser only. It is not uploaded to our servers or any third party.
- We never see, store, copy, scan or analyse the contents of your files, signatures, passwords or photos.
- Passwords you enter in Protect PDF are used only on your device to encrypt the file and are never saved or sent.
- The file stays in browser memory only while you work. It is cleared when you remove it, reload the page or close the tab.
- The only lasting copy is the file you choose to download, which is saved to your own device.
2. Information collected automatically
Like almost every website, our hosting provider and services may automatically receive standard technical information when you visit, such as:
- IP address, browser type, operating system and device type
- Pages visited, referring website, and date and time of the visit
- Approximate location derived from your IP address (country or city level)
We use this information to keep the site secure, fix errors and understand which tools are useful. We do not use it to identify you personally.
3. Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. all in tool itself does not need cookies to run the tools. However, the advertising and analytics services described below may set cookies or use similar technologies (such as local storage or device identifiers) to:
- show ads and limit how often you see the same ad
- personalise ads based on your interests (where you have allowed this)
- measure ad performance and prevent fraud
- count visits and understand how the site is used
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The tools will keep working, but some ads may become less relevant.
4. Advertising (Google AdSense)
We use Google AdSense to show advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings.
- You can opt out of some third-party vendors' personalised advertising at aboutads.info or, in Europe, youronlinechoices.eu.
- Learn how Google uses data at How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland will be asked for consent before personalised ads or non-essential cookies are used, through a Google-certified consent message. You can change your choice at any time. Advertisers never get access to your files.
5. Analytics
We may use privacy-friendly analytics to see aggregated statistics such as page views and popular tools. This data is used in aggregate only and is not sold.
6. Legal basis (EEA/UK visitors)
We process technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure and functional website, and we rely on your consent for personalised advertising and non-essential cookies.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. Because we don't receive your files or create accounts, we usually hold very little or no data that can identify you. To make a request, contact us.
